Welded eye nuts are superior to open eye bolts as they can withstand much more load stress without failure. Eye nuts in particular also have the added benefit of keeping the inside of an AV bay less obstructed than a traditional eye bolt. 
 
All stainless steel eye nut assemblies come with a flat washer, lock washer, and 5/8 in (16 mm) long screw.
